Diagno Wallet Policy

1. How You Earn Cashback (Diagno Rewards)

25% Cashback: For every booking you complete on our platform, you earn 25% cashback calculated on the final amount you actually paid — after any coupon codes or wallet discounts are applied.

Report Delivery Trigger: Your cashback is officially credited to your wallet upon the successful digital delivery of your medical reports. Cashback is not credited on pending, cancelled, or unfulfilled bookings.

2. How You Redeem Your Wallet Balance

Your available wallet balance acts as a direct discount on future diagnostic bookings. To keep healthcare accessible yet sustainable, the maximum wallet balance you can apply per order depends on your Order Value (total amount payable after coupons).

Wallet redemption is available on prepaid online payments only (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking). It cannot be applied to Cash on Collection orders.

₹1,000 and above	Up to 50% of order value

The cap is applied on whichever is smaller — your wallet balance or your order value. This means you can never redeem more than you actually have in your wallet.

5. Important Rules & General Terms

• Prepaid Bookings Only: Wallet balance can only be applied when you pay online (UPI, Card, Net Banking). It cannot be used on Cash on Collection orders.
• Minimum Order Value: Wallet redemption is not available on orders below ₹250.
• Closed-Loop System: The Diagno Wallet is an internal reward mechanism. You cannot add your own money ("top-up") to this wallet — it only receives cashback from completed bookings.
• No Cash Withdrawals: Your wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank account, or sent to another user's wallet. It can only be used to book services on the Diagnomitra platform.
• Order Cancellations: If you cancel a booking before sample collection, any wallet balance used for that booking is reversed and credited back to your wallet. No cashback is awarded for cancelled or unfulfilled bookings.
• No Expiry: Your Diagno Wallet balance does not expire. It remains available until you use it.
• One-Time Use Per Booking: Wallet discount can only be applied once per booking and cannot be combined with certain coupon codes where explicitly mentioned.
